Pastor Paul & Janice Juss

Pastor Paul & Janice Juss are the founding Senior Pastors of Victory Church on the Rock Grande Prairie. They have been active in foreign missions worldwide for the last 25 years. Pastor Paul is the regional overseer for Saddle Hills Victory Church, McLennan Christian Fellowship and High Prairie's House of Hope.

He is also Director of the Victory Mission base in Baja Ensenada Mexico as well as missions team coordinator for Victory Church International Missions under the leadership of Dr. Hazel Hill.

Pastor Paul currently holds a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies. He and Janice also served as the Victory Bible College directors in Kisumu, Kenya for 4 years. Pastor Paul is currently the President of the Victory Ministry Training Centre which is training leaders for the North, the Nation, and the Nations. Pastor Paul & Janice have 2 daughters and have 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Pastor Daren & Angie Werk

Pastor Daren and Angie Werk have been involved with Victory church since 1998. Pastor Daren is the Victory Ministry Training Centre School Director, and his heart is to see every student equipped for service in the Kingdom. Their passions are to build up and equip the body of Christ, to see people set free and walking in the destiny the Lord has for them.

They are from the Spirit River and Woking area, and now live in Grande Prairie.  They have two beautiful daughters, Jaydin and Rachel, that they home school.

Pastor Charlotte & Wayne Quist 

Pastor Charlotte Quist is the Worship Pastor of Victory Church on the Rock, Grande Prairie. Over the past 18 years Pastor Charlotte and her husband Wayne have been involved in various aspects of worship arts including writing and recording original music. They have been leading the Creative Arts department at Victory Church in Grande Prairie since 2001. Pastor Charlotte has a Diploma in Christian Ministry from Victory Bible Colleges International. She enjoys leading the Creative Arts team as well as teaching courses at the Victory Ministry Training Centre.

Wayne and Pastor Charlotte are passionate about serving God and reaching the North for Him. They have two beautiful daughters, Amy and Megan, who also love the Lord and are involved in ministry here at Victory.

Teresa & Craig King

Teresa and Craig are our N2Y Children's Ministry directors, They each have a deep passion to see the children of our church and of our city catch what God has for them.  They lead by example and teach that each child could really know and understand the Love of Jesus and the plan of God for their lives. 

They have nine children, two son-in-law's, two grandbabies, and numerous pets in the King household.  They also have a very qualified team that they work with to bring your kids the best possible Sunday school.

Janina & Jason McFarlane

Jason and Janina originally became involved with Victory Church on the Rock, Grande Prairie in 2000.  Work moved them away in 2002, however, they felt God drawing them back to the area and that became a reality in 2009.  Together, they lead STR8 UP Youth Ministries and as well, Janina works as the book keeper in the Victory Church office and Jason is involved in the praise and worship department.  They have a real passion for the local church and a desire to see it advance and grow in this area. 

Their family includes three awesome children, Brad, Marissa and Zach, who serve alongside them in various areas of the church.

Sandee & Keith Prestone

Keith and Sandee have been faithful members of the church for over 7 years.Sandee is the Church Administrator as well as the Victory Ministry Training Centre Registrar.

Keith loves children and serves in the Children’s Ministry as well as works full time in the Sheet Metal Industry. They have served in many areas of the church over the years.  Together they have a heart and passion for serving the Lord and loving the body of Christ.

Keith and Sandee have been married for 25 years with 3 awesome children, 2 who are married and 5 beautiful grandchildren.
