Jesus in Me!
In a world where faith is constantly tested, believers often struggle with the reality that the same God who performs miracles in difficult circumstances desires to work through them in their everyday lives. The challenge isn't God's ability to move, but our willingness to believe and step into what He has prepared for us. Jesus continues to work on earth today through ordinary people who make themselves available as vessels for His purposes.Satan, the father of lies, employs sophisticated deceptions to create false limitations in our lives. Rather than obvious falsehoods, he crafts subtle lies that sound reasonable: our time for ministry has passed, we're not the same person we used to be, or we have limitations that disqualify us. These lies target not just our personal effectiveness, but ultimately seek to limit God's work through us. When we accept these limitations, God becomes limited by default in our sphere of influence.Jesus' temptation in the wilderness reveals three primary ways the enemy tries to restrict God's work through us: the comfort trap (demanding immediate gratification), the prove-it mentality (forcing God to move according to our timeline), and material distractions (being baited by worldly success). The key to overcoming these temptations lies in understanding our identity as earthen vessels carrying the treasure of Christ within us. We don't need to apologize for our humanity - that's how God designed us to function. Warriors arise when they recognize the enemy's deceptions, reject the question Who am I? and instead declare Here am I, God, ready to be used according to His purposes.
